Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. Add (private) notes to a contact / profile

Like in XING I would like to be able to add private notes to a contact. For example when I have met this person, what we did together etc. I have a lot of contacts and it is hard to remember how I am linked to a person.

Personal/Private option to add details to contact such as tagging feature

Finding contacts in ones own network on Connections can get hard sometimes. An option to add information to contacts that can only be seen by yourself would be helpful. For example one could add information about where you first met. I would prefe...

Movie or Presentation in "About Me"

I would love to have an ability to upload a short movie (.mp4) or pictures in the "About Me" section. In the present time, people are way more interested in clips and pictures than in a standard text.

Add possibility edit status updates

Status updates cannot be edited. E.g. typos cannot be corrected an entry must be deleted an recreated. Which is annoying for the author and clutters the feed of followers.

Allow pronunciation file in Connections user profile to be played in browser
