Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Date filter in Advanced Search

    When searching for historical information, it's necessary to leave out recent documents from the search results.

    Ability to copy/paste @mentions

    Right now all @mention resources need to be added separately (every time) for @mention to work. Copy/Paste of several @mention at once, is not recognized at something valid. Copy /paste of series of @mention should work at least in major browsers.

    Request a function to see folder size

    We request to add a function that users have the ability to determine size consumption of a folder on Files app and in Communities, There is "About this Folder" when a user opens a Folder and users expects folder size is listed there.

    Ability for users to configure whether Homepage links open in current or new tabs

    On Homepage, if you click a link, it opens in a new tab instead of opening it on current tab. Need option to allow user to choose whether open a link on Homepage, it opens in a new tab or on current tab.

    Show file is locked icon when in "Show All" inside Community

    In the Overview page in your Community, you can see behind the file a locked-icon. This icon dissapears when you press show all. In the All Files overview, you cannot see if the file is locked or not, you have to open it first.
