Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas.     Integration of other web chat clients like Skype for Business

    Currently, only Sametime version 9 can be integrated into HCL Connections. It would be fantastic if you could also integrate other web chat clients in Connections with presence display. Examples would be Skype for Business, Rocketchat.

    Possibility to change owner of a single file

    Currently there is no possibility also for admins to change the owner of a file. We have a number of users who had to be removed from our system. The owner of their files cannot be changed. Please let us know how to change the owner of a file.

    Connections App: Forum -> Show newest posts first

    In the browser, you can choose within a forum if you would like to see the oldest or the newest post first. We would love to have this option available on the mobile app as well.

    Safe migration path from CCM to Files

    CCM feature has an unclear future, would be good to have a standard migration Path from CCM to Files. Filenet integration is really complex and with an high volume of files is not quite easy to manage.
