Introduce the ability to restrict the use of certain search keywords for searching Connections

Introduce an option/configurable method for administrators to specify a list of restricted keyword strings that users are not permitted to use to search Connections content. Similar to the blacklisting of certain search keywords in the environment.

I wish the "Add Apps" were an alphabetized list - automatically

Not sure what the order is now - but it is random. This is a small thing to implement - and a big bang in UX/usability, especially when you have many apps registered into IBM CNX. (Currently, it reflects a sloppy coding implementation... candidly...
