Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

    It would be great if the user could publish updates across multiple channels at the same time, e.g. on Connections and MS Teams. The user would save time and energy if he had to create an update only once.

    Add change summary

    It would be useful to have the possibility to add a change summary to a new version of a file after the version has been published in case the user forgot to add it while uploading. Should be only possible for the user who uploaded the new version.

    Remember sorting of Community Files

    As of CR3/CR4 Files stores the last used view and sorting options for each user. But Community Files does not, which is inconsistent behavior and hard to explain to end users. It would be great to see the feature there as well.
