Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Docs: Page number only displays when the page is scrolled

    Clicking the cursor onto a Docs page doesn't cause the page number to be displayed. To find out what page you are on, you must scroll the page enough to move it.

    Option to open specific Social Q&A contents from my mobile device

    Users would like to be able to open mobile links pointing to specific Social Q&A contents from mobile device since at the moment all mobile links only point to the start page of Social Q&A.

    Disable file sharing option for External User

    In File viewer, there is a "Sharing" tab available for both Internal and External users. But It should not be visible to external users as they cannot share files to "EveryOne in the organisation" and "People".

    Mobile App can't add apps to Community

    Mobile App users can create communities, but they can't add applications, so it is not possible to add e.g., Wikis to this created community. Please add the option to add applications to communities (for owners).
