Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Option in AdminUI for Company Admin to view the overall IBM Connection Smartcloud Size and Overall Items size like Communities or stand-alone files for All users in his organization

    The admin needs an overview / metric for all users and all communities to follow usages and get the used storage.

    Add more actions for multiple files selected inside a community

    If you select multiple files inside a community, Connections only shows the action to download all files selected. The system need to show other actions like delete, add tags, share, etc for multiple files selected

    Connections search shall not be exact

    ConNext search shall support partial match — not requires to use wildcards. Moreover current wildcard search does not support special characters. (bug) .
