Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Not possible to post Firefox compatible file links into a status update

    PDF preview - package with more than one pdf

    is it possible to implement a pdf package preview in docs . if a pdf is uploaded to hcl connections files in preview there comes the message "in this pdf-package are more than one files compressed" please use adobe acrobat reader.

    Change order of related communities

    show in the section "My Communities" only the communities I'm a member of

    At the moment you find under "my communities" also communities you are not a member of. It also lists communities you've randomly clicked on in the "explore" section.

    Increase/Decrease individual community membership limit

    Currently we can only increase or decrease the membership limit of communities globally which reflects to all communities. But we cannot do that for a specific community.

    Missing survey CNXv6.5 on-prem

    After upgrade to v6.5, survey is missing in Communities. When is it back?

    Automatically update the status of a library (ccm) file (check-in/check-out) in the windows desktop plugin when this changes.

    When a file gets checked-in or checked-out via the browser while the folder is displayed in the desktop plugin, the status information of the file is not refreshed automatically.

    Enable multi-file print in windows desktop plugin

    Currently it is possible to choose a file in the desktop plugin , right click and choose print. If more than 1 file is selected, the print option is missing.
