All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     If no profile picture exists, then profile picture with abbreviation of first and last name.

    If people don't upload a picture there is only the one default profil icon - even not gender neutral. Would be nice to show the profile ficture with abbreviation of first and last name. This is common way - e.g. MS Teams, Outlook etc.
