    Change the name HCL Connections into HCL Teams

    Cisco started with WebEX Teams and later Microsoft Teams, it's now time for an even bigger announcement: HCL Teams !!!

    Automatically update the status of a library (ccm) file (check-in/check-out) in the windows desktop plugin when this changes.

    When a file gets checked-in or checked-out via the browser while the folder is displayed in the desktop plugin, the status information of the file is not refreshed automatically.

    Enable multi-file print in windows desktop plugin

    Currently it is possible to choose a file in the desktop plugin , right click and choose print. If more than 1 file is selected, the print option is missing.

    hcl connections desktop plugin access denied for external ADFS users

    When connecting to cloud using the connections desktop plugin on the LAN it works. When using the same method on the WAN it does not work. I get the error 401 externally but internally there is nothing wrong.

    Chat - Ability to send chat message when recipient is offline
