    Add "change summary" to the media-updated newsletter

    We got a request from our customer to expand the media-updated newsletter with the field "change summary" you can optionally add when updating a file in Connections. So you directly know the reasons for updating the file without opening it.

    Disable file sharing option for External User

    In File viewer, there is a "Sharing" tab available for both Internal and External users. But It should not be visible to external users as they cannot share files to "EveryOne in the organisation" and "People".

    Mobile App can't add apps to Community

    Mobile App users can create communities, but they can't add applications, so it is not possible to add e.g., Wikis to this created community. Please add the option to add applications to communities (for owners).

    Doubled magnifying glasses in Connections Android App

    Doubled magnifying glasses are displayed when a PDF file is viewed. This is very annoying.Ideally it should show only the PDF zoom magnifying glass symbol and hide the standard zoom option.

    "Home" button on Connections- finder

    i am a heavy user of the Connections-Finder tool (the phone-guide) and always have to use the browsers "back" arrow one or several times to get back to the starting screen. A "Home" button would help a lot.
