When uploading the profile images in large resolution, these are scaled down by ibm connections directly into the correct resolution.

Wiki - Link to specific position in a page (anchor)

It is not possible to use anchors that won't be displayed in the TOC. I would expect our Wiki to support the basic normal HTML feature and also direct reference link wikipageurl #anchorname without via ?section=anchorname.
