Client default for Notifications Preferences

For most of our users the system default for notifications preferences is to "noisy". We like to have an options for the administrator to set our company defaults to be used when creating new (internal and external) users

Let the user configure mobile push notifications just like browser push and email notifications

On the user notification settings, there should be another column for configuring mobile push notifications (just like the single event email column is). This would allow to use mobile push more than email push, which floods my inbox.

If the user could push status updates from ConNext directly into Teams chat, a discussion / conversation with a defined target group could be initiated (inform / initiate further actions or exxchange).
