Request to improve the IBM Docs to handle the invisible soft return

Customer would like to improve the IBM Docs to handle the invisible soft return. Currently, the way how we handle the invisible soft return causes the text position there wrong.

Possibility to change owner of a single file

Currently there is no possibility also for admins to change the owner of a file. We have a number of users who had to be removed from our system. The owner of their files cannot be changed. Please let us know how to change the owner of a file.
