Activity - option to send a reminder to the responsible automatically

If a ToDo is assigned to a user it should be possible to send a reminder to the responsible user automatically, let me say 3 days after the ToDo was assigned.

Calendar Picker for event shall start week on Monday

I have setup an event on a Sunday because the week starts on Sunday in the calendar picker. At least an option to change this would be great.

Search person by telephone number

I got a telephone call from someone I do not have in my contat list. Now I do not know how to find who called me. It would be helpful to have the Option of searching by telephone number, like a phonebook. Thanks

Unique visits counter

Views counter is incremented every time i click refresh.Could be better if we had an additional counter to have the number of unique views.

Change the Hyperlink in the Newsletter from /homepage to /social

In the newsletters "Daily Newsletter" and "Weekly Newsletter" the hyperlink at the bottom "Show all updates" shows to the Connections page https://<connections>/homepage. Why isn't the new much cooler site https://<connections>/social ...

Improve mail notifications for Community files

One of our users reported that he doesn't got any notification mails by changed files, altough he's following the community. Following doesn't result in also following on files in the community (e.g. changes on existing files or adding new files)....
