Improve Blogs UI for ease of navigation/use by end users

Requesting these changes to the Blogs UI as the current design is not intuitive nor efficient for end users.

Once a draft blog is composed saved & closed there is no straight forward way of getting back the draft. For the community owner(s), the only options is you have to go through Manage blog action and then click on "Entries" on the left panel. Or for both community owners and community members you access a blog entry in edit mode and the drafts will appear on the left panel.

The menu for the blog app (ie switch from the community overview to Blogs using the dropdown option for the community) on the left panel of the community blog page is missing. If you go through the manage blog option the menu you see seems relevant to be placed instead on the default blog home screen for at least the community owner if not all.
