tag type-ahead for Files be expanded to include public Community Files tags as well as Files tags

Two days ago I uploaded and tagged a file into a community. In another community I wanted to upload and tag another file with the same tag, but the system is not suggesting the tag I added two days ago. This is a design limitation, only tags added to public files are available from the type-ahead suggestions. Community File tags (from all types of Communities either public, moderated or restricted) are excluded from this type-ahead. This is similar to enhancement request which was opened asking that a central tag repository spanning the entire platform be considered for future releases. I have opened this enhancement with a request that tag type-ahead for Files be expanded to include public Community Files tags as well as Files tags.
