Consistent Emoticon support

I would like to see automatic recognition of emoticons. So far there are only few emoticons that can be added in the rich editor. But that does not work in the comments.

    Via the key combination "Window+." is it possible to display the emoji palette. This means that emojis are also possible in the comments. But I agree with you. It would be better if there was always the option of using a rich text editor.
