Recommendation for similar content for all components

I would like to have the recommendation/ suggestion for similar content for all coomponents/ content. As of today, the recommendation for similar content is only available for Blogs/ Ideation Blog. This should be there for all componets and all individual content.

Also, when I am in somebodies profile, the tool should suggest me similar people based on tags, their contrbutions, the communities where the are members, etc.
