Joining a community in an ideation blog redirects user to community overview page

repro:

* go into the ideation blog of a public community

* click on community actions > join community to join the community

* you will be added to the community, but you will be redirected to the

community overview

This confuses new users, because they are redirected to another page

(Overview) and cannot find the ideation blog anymore.

The user expects that he will stay in the ideation blog after joining

the community.

L3 Update:

Its not a bug. Developer don't achieve this function.So i think its not a

pmr.

its a new feature.

I test this issue on my env.And find that only bookmark&feed work well.

blog&ideation Blogs .etc cannot work well.

Communities Developer did not provide api interface to other

applications. so I need to communicate with developer.

this is developer explanation:

We consider this request to be a feature enhancement. It has worked

like this for several releases. To my knowledge, no other customer has

raised this as an issue.
