Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Interesting, idea is set to "No current plans to implement" although support for Oracle 18c is in place :)
Anyway, the latest request is support for Oracle 19c, the next LTS release: https://connections-ideas.hcltechsw.com/ideas/IDEACNCTNS-I-1908
IBM Connections 6 CR5 provides support for Oracle 12c Release 2 and Oracle 18c: https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=ibm10884398
IBM Connections 5.5 customers have to plan to upgrade to this latest release.
Btw.: Oracle published the following document http://www.oracle.com/us/support/library/lifetime-support-technology-069183.pdf
This document states, that the Premium support for Oracle 12.1. (which should be aligned with 12c) will end July 2019 and after that customers have to pay for an Extended Support.
