Action to flag content as outdated (data quality)

As IBM Connections User I would like to find current information and up to date content. If I find content on our IBM Connections which seems outdated to me or I can identify it as old information, I would like to flag it with "outdated content" and want to reason it with a short comment. The decision what should happen with a flagged content is up to the author, which will be notified. Is there no reaction after some time, the community owner / moderator will be notified to clarify finally, if the content can be deleted or should be updated.

Background is data quality and data hygiene.

Solution

  • There is a further action in "more actions" with which it is possible to flag content as outdated in all connections components.
