The customer is experiencing an issue where UserA sends a network invite to a UserB, then UserA leaves the company before UserB accepts/declines the network invitation.
In this scenario, UserA remains in the pending network invitations view as an inactive user & UserB is unable to accept, decline, or delete the invitation.
At this time, there is no way in the code to clean this up. The customer is requesting for a cleanup process or a way to remove inactive users from the pending network invitation view. Where the system automatically cleans up 'Action Required' items from users that are no longer with the company.
