Expose sharing time for files and folders

From connection environment end user has several folders and this folders are shared with other users. Administrator user can see who users has shared this folders. but the question is: Can administrator user to know between what date/time was shared the folder.
Example:
Robertodiaz had access to folder 123, between 24/07/2017 17:00 and 26/07/2017 20:00
Is it possible by administrator user to know this...
