Share by Link in Communitys – ability to share these files with special people or communitys

in order to create an open Link in the community i will have an overview who outside of my community has access to some files of the community. This should not be a free link, where everybody who gets the link has access, this should be link where I especially can give another community or some persons the access. In Files you should see  that there is a Shared Link, by Open the Link you should see who‘s got the access to this file.

    The current implementation of "Share by link" is a security concern ... as it allows to publicly share a file within a restricted community and you have no idea or control who has access to or finally accessed the file. Community owners can only remove the shared link to stop access.

     

    An implementation with more control like the one requested in this idea would be a better approach, especially in the context of restricted communities.
