Speed up capturing of content

Example: Imagine you want to update an activity with a picture of a flip chart. You want to add it as a comment or in the description. In the moment you're only able to add it as a file and link it - a very inconvinient and slow way to do it.

This is only an example. If you have an idea and want to add it to connections (maybe as a speech recording or a quick text) for later editing you have to take long work arounds.

What about just take a picture or record a speech message and add it as a ToDo to connections?

A great example is Snap included in the new MindManager 2020 (Mindjet).
