Fix "HTML source" not highlighted using advcode plugin in wikis

In blogs, the TinyMCE advcode plugin is activated when clicking on "HTML source" in the editor. This improves the editor experience significant with features like syntax highlighting, intellisense, tab-usage. It works in all applications but not in wikis. Here we get the old ugly textarea without anything.

Why isn't this working in wikis? I see no reason for this. It should be consistent across all applications.
