Why do you need folders in blogs? I dont understand your idea, now. You can create folders in your file app in connections and then set a link to them. Now you dont have redunant folder functionality.

when you say folders, do you mean actual folders or are you referring to the different states, e.g. draft, approval, etc.? I am asking because for on prem Connections I am not aware of folders being supported...
