Invite feature does not work with UTF-8 Names

While using the invite feature, if you use some UTF-8 Characters it does not work.

Please enhance this. We have customers which are not IT engineers, they do not care about encoding. For us, this is a complete show stopper.

For example encode the names in the ldap request and store the nice looking value in the profiles db.

    Not sure about the exact implementation, but special characters in user names (ä,ö,ü,à,è,é,â, etc) just have to work.

    Otherwise the product is broken.

    A proper implementation of UTF-8 throughout all of Connections seems to be a good idea, as it will properly deal with all characters there are.
