Addition of widget automatically for all existing users if we enable that widget.

Created a widget and want it to be added to the updates page for all users. When you now enable the widget, you have to add it manually.

Adding it manually means that a user logins in to connections. Goes to the update page of the homepage. Clicks on the right side on the link customize. Adds the widget and then sees the widget displayed on the homepage.

As of now EXISTING users won't see a change to their My Page view after the custom widget is set to Opened by Default. They will only have the option to add it to their page manually.

Need this feature of addition of widget automatically if we enable that widget for all existing users.
