Open bookmark directly when clicking on "open" in the newsletter instead of showing the overview list

Our users reported that the got a newsletter notification mail about new bookmarks and when clicking on the "open" link in the newsletter, the browser navigates to the bookmarks overview page. Example url: https://cnx.host/communities/service/html/community/bookmarks?communityUuid=${UUID}

This is not very comfortable, since the user has to search the bookmark he's interested in manually. Please find a more handy solution for this. Our users suggests to open the link directly. For external links, it could be usefull to have some forwarding page, like different social media and community sites already have: Some CNX page, that shows a notification text that the user is going to be forwarded on page X in Y seconds.
