Full type-ahead functionality for search Community that contains the accented characters

When searching for a Community via the catalog search, inputting any special character returns zero results. Currently a known product limitation but highly requested by customers as many languages incorporating special characters.

Was provide an iFix (LO100027 ) for this issue  and customer is aware that when searching in the Community Catalog with accented characters, the entire word which contains the accented characters must be used. A partial word search only works with "normal" characters.

This ER is to handle the  full type-ahead functionality for search Community that currently works (due the iFix) with the entire word which contains the accented characters
