Allow Touchpoint to be customized the default Connections way

To customize Touchpoint, files need to be changed directly in touchpoint.war directory on each node.

This is not be the way to go, as Touchpoint now (as of Connections 6.5) is part of the default deployment. And customizations there probably get overwritten by an update.

Therefore, it should be customizable like any other Connections app via the <shared data>/customization directory.

    Another idea that there is a special touchpoint community. And if you add a wiki the new wiki is a new page in touchpoint. So you can customize your touchpoint with this special community! And the order of the wiki pages descripe the sequence of the touchpoint pages. This could be easy to implement. Every user or community owner of this special community can customize touchpoint.

    Or add a simple customization tool like the icec. So an admin can add new pages with content. Like "add new page" --> and then he got some tools like tiny mce 5 and maybe some other tools to work with.

    Or the customizer as prefered way for customizations.
