Hope: Only community owner (admin) can edit/delete files and folders, all members can only view and upload

Currently Community Files and folders have below two roles:

Editor: (Share, upload, and edit community files and folders)

Reader: (Share, view files and folders in this community)

Customer hope below function:

Only community owner (admin) can edit/delete files and folders, all members can only view and upload.

    This feature already exist. You go to Community and than Community Actions.

    Now you see all Apps in the line. You can set "Members of Communitys will have this role". And this for every Application.
