Allow direct download of desktop plug-in (not via Flexnet)

Nowadays users can download desktop plug-ins only via HCL Flexnet - which nobody manages to do so. Even many adminisrators have troubles to download files from Flexnet and update download links in Connections (My Drive page) regularly.

Therefore users use old versions of the plug-ins which affects adoption and user experience or - even worse - they use no plug-in and have no file sync and no roundtrip editing at all.

Please change this!

(During IBM times, everybody could download the plugins without registration).

    I've lost the count of the times I've got a ticket from customers and the issue was the outdated version of the plugin. The plugin should be easy to reach for customers and possibly should auto update itself like every modern software.
