Ability to restore data past 90 days and ability to be added for admin for below functionality.

  1. List of ALL communities belonging to company users. There is function for administrators to retrieve this
  2. List of Admin, and guest users for each community. There is function for administrators to retrieve this
  3. Last time each community was used to identify account that have not been used for a length of time. There is function for administrators to retrieve this
  4. Storage capacity limit and how much is used by each user.There is function for administrators to retrieve this
  5. How long can data be stored in a community? unlimited
  6. Is there any data recovery option in case of accidental data deletion? If a Community is accidentally deleted, it can be restored by a Community owner from trash. Communities remain in trash for 90 days before being purged.
  7. When a Smart Cloud community owner leaves company can the community ownership be passed on to another Smart Cloud member Additional owners can be added to a Community at any time

    I could not agree more! All these features are an absolute MUST if you want to operate communities on a larger scale and manage the lifecycle of these communities. IBM/HCL when do you put these items on your roadmap?

    I would add to this list, the ability to restore Community apps data. There is not even a trash or 90 day window if an individual app and its data are deleted.
