Support for changing application URLs for ICEC, Invite, Sidebar and Touchpoint.

Changing application URLs / context root is supported for "legacy" Connections applications (https://help.hcltechsw.com/connections/v65/admin/admin/t_admin_common_change_context_root.html), yet it is not supported and does not work for new applications such as ICEC, Invite, Sidebar and Touchpoint (although not explicitly mentioned). This is inconsistent and makes integration in certain scenarios (i.e. reverse proxy) more difficult. For all Connections applications it should be possible to change the application URL / context root.
