HCL Connections Ideas Portal

Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Ideation Blog Widget - select specific ideation blog to display

A community can have several ideation blogs. The connections ideation blog app makes navigating and managing those entries easier as there is an option to display the blogs first, selecting the blog in question and then browse through the indiviudal ideas in said blog.

The ideation widget has no such feature (at least none that I know of). All the ideas are completely mixed around. Having more than one ideation blog in a community therefor is a red flag - it's not possible to display them in the widget in a neat and orderly manner.

It would be helpful

a) if the ideation blog widget would have either the option to list the blogs first and ideas after, OR

b) there is an option to display only the ideas of a chosen topic, which would make navigation and usability so much better. I would very much prefer this option.

The poster of the idea here. Forgot to mention: The "forum" widget already does what I wished the ideation widget could do: either show all posts, posts of one specific forum or specific posts only. That functionality in the ideation blog widget would be great.
