Support MS SQL for surveys

As of today, every other application in Connections supports MS SQL Server but surveys. Here we have just for surveys a single db2 installation on a Server.

Every other application runs on MS SQL except surveys.

Also, for future releases i am sure that you want to get rid of this db2 requirement. As the other apps already working with MS SQL server, i am sure this is a no brainer!! Thx a lot

    We are exploring how best to provide Survey capabilities going forward. While we do not expect to add MS SQL support for surveys in their current iteration, we will certainly take this into consideration for the future.
