RELATED IDEAS

Files shared by link should present should present login form

Users are able to share files by links since 6.0 CR4.

The only problem is that if I receive such a link by mail and I click on it, I will get an error unless I'm already logged into connections.

Can't these be improved for a better user experience or at least display a nicer message.

    Hi, we just tried this and it is working as it should, i.e. after clicking the link, the user is sent to the Connections login page.
    After a successful login the user is then directed to the the file.
    If this is not working on your environment please open a support ticket.
