Support CRI runtimes for Kubernetes

Kubernetes deprecated Docker runtime support with 1.20 and will probably drop it with 1.22 in late 2021. See: https://kubernetes.io/blog/2020/12/02/dont-panic-kubernetes-and-docker/

For large systems like Connections that is not much time. As Docker already leverages containerd, the Component Pack probably may run on this runtime without changing anything. Maybe, maybe not.

So please, make the Component Pack runtime agnostic and/or add support for other runtimes like containerd, podman or CRI-O that support the Container Runtime Interface (CRI) created for Kubernetes.
