Provide all users in Connections MT access to an HCEC portal for change management

Requesting the functionality to have an HCL Connections Engagement Center (HCEC) landing page accessible to all organizations within an MT environment).

This HCEC portal for change management should be accessible anonymously and/or in a "read only".

    Hi,

    we are trying to understand the exact request - is it desired to have one org per MSP that all the MSP's customer can access to publish information such as change management details? Or would it be one org across multiple MSP's?
    Would this then be available to all users of all MSP's hosted customers?

    Is this more a question of licenseing, technical, or both?
