Numerical Characters Should be Translated When the Language is Changed

When a Connections user changes languages from English to a language such as Japanese or Arabic, the words get translated, but the numbers do not. For example, when looking at the Communities Members widget in the Overview page you see "View All (3 people 1 group)". If you switch to Japanese, you see 查看全部 (3 人 1 个组). Notice that the words got translated, but the numbers didn't.


This is a global issue in Connections. Communities was only used as an example.
