Thumbnail generation variables

As an admin, I want the ability to check, configure, and reset the last rendition of the media file that the thumbnail generation task has processed.


In the Connections code, the lastThumbnailEventFile variable stores the desired data.


However, currently, this value is not coded to be a configurable attribute like the external.thumbnailGeneration.batchSize and external.thumbnailGeneration.intervalInSeconds attributes which allow more control of the thumbnail generation process.


Please add an attribute for the lastThumbnailEventFile variable which will allow admins to configure its value via the config/com.ibm.lconn.share.platform.bootstrap.properties file in the same manner as the other thumbnail generation related attributes.
