All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. Develop Integration with other Collaboration Platforms (O365, G-suite)

Connections is social enterprise software, and it does that well.

Connections is enterprise collaboration software, and it does that well.

Connections is not so good at personal/small team collaboration, where O365 and G-suite excel....and have the market share.

Conversely, O365/G-Suite do not function well as social enterprise or enterprise collaboration software.

 

Therefore, please develop meaningful integration with other collaboration platforms so that instead of Connections competing with O365/G-Suite, they become enhancements of each other.

    We support OneDrive for Business, SharePoint online (and server), Google Drive already - including Editing files in O365 or Office tools or Google tools, respectively - and would happily consider building others out.

    Make Edit File possible together with Microsoft Online, or GSuite would be great

    YES YES YES ..one of the biggest complaints from customers both on prem and cloud is not being able to integrate with office 365
