Ability for Docs to add watermark to actual file in addition to altering the browser-based preview

Docs has the ability to configure "watermarks" for documents and spreadsheets, but these watermarks only affect the browser-based rendition visible in Viewer. Docs does not actually update the underlying document/spreadsheet with the configured watermark.

Requesting the ability to configure whether the watermark remains a browser-only display modification or instead becomes incorporated into the actual underlying document/spreadsheet (and is therefore visible when the document/spreadsheet gets downloaded and opened locally).
