Add views in the desktop plugin to show all locked files (in personal and community files!)

With locking now becoming more prevalent now the desktop plugin allows for automatic locking (great addition!), it would be great to add views to easily identify locked files:

1. Each person should have a view that shows all files locked by them, regardless of where they are (in personal or in community). so that they can go through them and unlock them from one place.

2. Each community owner should have a view with all files in his community that are locked by him or others so he can easily unlock files if needed.

Both views should show when the file was locked, when it was last opened and who the locker is
