Allow selection of commnuity application during creation

When talking to end users that struggle using connections, it is mostly because they are overwhlemed when entering a community because it has too many apps and they don't need all.

As the decision on what apps are added by default is system wide, and experienced users want more apps by default, it would be great if newbies get offered simpler communities that fit their needs. It would be great to be able to select what applications you want in the community at commnuity creation time ( maybe with a little explanation as requested here (https://connections-ideas.hcltechsw.com/ideas/IDEACNCTNS-I-1449) but that would be just a bonus. I know it is possible to do what I describe using templates,but for new users that is also too complicated
