Restricted Community of only Viewer right

The customer wants an option that can set all member as viewer in a Community all at once.


For example:

1) Create a restricted community.

Creating a community to encourage collaboration

2) Admin invites 10 users (user1 - user10)

3) Only user1 and admin can create contents.

4) Other users can't create contents. They can only see contents.
