Orient ME Component Pack - ITM bar old entries cannot be deleted

Hello Dev Team and Offering Management,


We would like to ask for a potential enhancement if this can be done sooner.


Whenever there are old entry/entries in the ITM bar, let us say that person or employee was deleted or inactivated.

The entry for this specific person cannot get deleted and we get an error message.


We all know that it uses Mongo DB and it's totally different from the other Core DBs of Connections where they use relational databases.


I Know that it may require some legwork for it to be done but I am hoping that this can be one of the priorities soon.

    Important to know:

    we are experiencing this behavior in a multi tenant setup of an HCL Cloud MSP
